Can I configure more than one GenStudio integration?
Not at this time.
Troubleshooting
The Enable GenStudio Option Does Not Appear
Confirm that your Adobe GenStudio integration is configured.
Go to:
Enterprise Admin > Integrations > Platforms > Adobe Gen Studio
Confirm that your integration is connected with the correct Adobe IMS Organization ID.
A GenStudio Experience No Longer Maps to Your Dynamic Content
Changes to Dynamic Content in Knak can prevent an existing GenStudio Experience from mapping back to the original element. For example, turning Dynamic Content off and back on recreates the element with a new ID. The existing GenStudio Experience can no longer apply content to that element.
Create a new Experience:
Import the updated Knak email into Adobe GenStudio.
Create a new Experience.
Publish the Experience.
Import the new Experience into Knak.
Apply it to your Dynamic Segment.
š” Tip: Finish setting up your Dynamic Content before creating Experiences in Adobe GenStudio.
The Adobe Experience Selector Does Not Load
Your Adobe session may need to be refreshed if the Experience Selector is empty or does not load.
Open an Adobe application, such as Adobe GenStudio or Adobe Admin Console.
Sign out of Adobe.
Clear your browser cache for Adobe and Knak if the issue continues.
Wait about 15 minutes before trying again.
Return to Knak.
Open Import from GenStudio.
Sign in to Adobe when the new browser window opens.
Select your Adobe organization.
Your Email Does Not Import or Generate Content in GenStudio
Check your pod setup if your email does not import into GenStudio or GenStudio does not generate the expected content.
Make sure your pods meet these requirements:
Use a maximum of three pods.
Use only letters and numbers in pod names. Do not use spaces or special characters, such as underscores (
_). For example, usepod1instead ofpod_1.Use only one image in each pod.
You can include multiple instances of other content types, such as body text or calls to action (CTAs), in a pod.
Update your pod setup if needed. Try importing your email into GenStudio again.
