Enable Dynamic Content
Go to Admin > Integrations > Platforms > Adobe Campaign.
Click the pencil icon to edit your integration.
Under Dynamic Content Settings, select Enable Dynamic Content.
Set Up Merge Tags for Dynamic Content
Create merge tags for any attributes you want to use for segmentation.
Go to Admin > Integrations > Merge Tags.
Add merge tags for each attribute.
Repeat for each segmentation attribute.
Build Dynamic Segments
Create personalized experiences using dynamic segments based on recipient attributes.
Add Dynamic Content
Click the Add Dynamic Content button in the content block's attributes.
Click the cog icon under the “Variants” section to add a segment.
(Optional) Toggle on Hide default variant if needed.
Define Segment Rules
Name your segment.
Choose to match any or all of the conditions.
Set your conditions using merge tag variables.
Click Save.
Add Content for Each Segment
Choose a segment (e.g., Default, Country = Canada).
Enter the content specific to that segment.
Preview Dynamic Segments
Use preview mode to see how the email looks for each segment.
Toggle between segments like Default and Country = Canada.

Country is Canada:
Manage User Permissions for Dynamic Content
Go to Admin > Roles.
Choose a role to modify.
Scroll to the Dynamic Content section.
Enable permissions as needed:
Manage dynamic content variants
Manage global segments
Manage local segments
🔍 Tip:
Global segments can be reused across multiple emails.
Local segments are one-time use only.
