Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
An active Claude account
An active Knak account
Access to the Knak instance where you want to create emails
Note: Emails generate in the Knak instance you authorize during the connection.
This feature is currently in Alpha Testing. Contact grace.lee@knak.com to request access.
Do not proceed with MCP setup until access has been granted. The MCP connection will fail if this step is not completed first.

Connect Claude to the Knak MCP Server
The Knak connector is available as a public connector in Claude. You do not need to add a custom connector.
Find the Knak Connector
Sign in to Claude.
Click Customize in the left navigation.
Click Connectors.
Enter Knak in the search bar.
Select the Knak connector.
Connect Your Knak Account
Click Connect to Claude on the Knak connector.
Complete the authorization request for your Knak instance.
Click Allow.
You will see a confirmation that your Claude connected to your Knak account.
Start Creating Emails
Once your connection is complete:
Return to Claude.
Start a new chat.
Enter a prompt to create your email.
Continue prompting Claude to refine your email as needed.
