Integrate Claude to the Knak MCP Server

Learn how to connect your Claude account to the Knak MCP server. This setup lets you create emails using prompts inside Claude.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • Organization Owner access in Claude to add a custom connector

  • An active Knak account

Note: Emails generate in the Knak instance you are logged into during connection.

This feature is in Alpha Testing. Please reach out to grace.lee@knak.com to request access. Complete this step before you set up your MCP connection.

Set Up the Knak Connector in Claude

You must complete this step before connecting Knak MCP. You must be an Organization Owner in Claude to complete the following steps.

Add a Custom Connector

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Click Add Custom Connector

  3. Enter the following URL:

  4. Save the connector

Once complete, the Knak connector appears in your connectors list.


Create a Connection to Knak MCP

Follow these steps to connect Claude to the Knak MCP server.

Open Customize on the left navigation

  1. Open Claude

  2. Click Customize

    Open Claude, on the left navigation Click Customize ​
  3. Click Connectors

    Under customize, select connectors and search for or click on Knak enterprise
  4. Locate Knak Enterprise

  5. Click Connect

    Click on Connect to join Knak to Claude
  6. Click Allow on the Authorization Request window

  7. Once connected, go back to prompt window and start prompting for email generation

    Go back to the prompt window and start entering your prompt to create emails from Claude

Start Creating Emails

Once connected, you can begin using the MCP server.

  • Enter a prompt in Claude

  • Generate email content directly

  • Iterate quickly using prompts
