One way you can build emails in Knak is from what we call 'themes.' A theme is a prebuilt design similar to a template.

Your Knak account comes with a library of theme designs which you can use straight away from our Inspiration Centre. You can find them under the Inspiration Centre menu on the left side of any Knak screen.

How to Create a Custom Theme

Build an email or landing page just as you normally would using any combination of modules, existing themes or build from scratch.
When you have completed the design, select 'share as theme' from the three dot menu in the top nav bar.

On the following popup, select a brand you want the theme to be used for, give it a name, add tactic types (what the theme could be used for), give it a description and finally publish it so it's available for use.

Next time you visit your themes page you will see a new section called 'Custom Themes' where you will see all the themes you have created.

Need to manage your custom themes? Go to Studio Drop Down > Admin > Themes. You can view, edit, delete & publish/unpublish all your themes.

Automatically update themes that contain modules

If you make a change to a module you can automatically apply the same change to any themes that contains the module. To do that go to module management, find the relevant module and select 'Apply to Themes'

Any theme that uses the module will be updated.
