Managing your integration
Now that your integration is set up, you can view its configuration, edit it, or delete it from the "My Platform Connection" list on the Integrations page.
If you need to connect a new integration β or re-add a previously deleted one β you can do so by scrolling down to the "All Platforms" section and clicking Connect or Add Another Connection on the relevant platform tile.
Sync Walkthrough
A quick note on template-based email (editable) vs HTML email π
Template-based email allows you to use the drag-and-drop editor in SFMC.
HTML email does not (only HTML can be edited directly).
The downside of template-based email and the SFMC drag-and-drop editor is that SFMC can make unexpected changes to the underlying styling and affect appearance.
For emails with complex ampscript, we would suggest sticking with HTML email.
Tip: You can set the default format used via the integration setup modal!
