Before You Start
Before continuing, determine whether your HubSpot instance uses Business Units.
If Business Units are enabled, locate the Business Unit ID for the account you want to connect. You will enter this during the integration setup.
If Business Units are not enabled, you can leave the Business Unit ID field blank during setup.
Find Your Business Unit ID in HubSpot (If Business Units Are Enabled)
Only follow these steps if Business Units are enabled in your HubSpot account.
In HubSpot, click the Settings icon in the top navigation.
Navigate to Account Management.
Select Business Units.
Locate the Business Unit ID for the business unit you want to connect.
Copy the Business Unit ID. You will use it during the integration setup.
Connect the Integration in Knak
Follow these steps to create the integration.
Open your Knak account.
Navigate to Admin.
Click Integrations.
Select Platforms.
Navigate to the Marketing Automation Platforms section and locate the HubSpot integration tile.
Click Connect.
Enter the integration details.
Integration Name
Enter a clear name for the connection.
Business Unit ID
If Business Units are enabled, paste the Business Unit ID.
If Business Units are not enabled, leave this field blank.
Click Authorize.
Click Choose Account.
Your HubSpot integration is now connected. Repeat these steps for each additional Business Unit.
Manage Your Integration
After setup, manage your integration from the Integrations page.
Navigate to Admin β Integrations β Platforms.
Under My Platform Connections, you can:
View the integration configuration
Edit the integration
Delete the integration
Add Another Integration
To add a new integration:
Scroll to the All Platforms section.
Locate the HubSpot tile.
Click Connect or Add Another Connection.
Sync Walkthrough
After connecting HubSpot, you can sync emails and landing pages directly from Knak to your HubSpot account.
