With this feature, you can see the progress and status of your email syncs. To see this, click on Email Sync on the left hand side.

When an email is being synced across, you can see the sync progress in real time.

The status of the sync can be found in Email Sync. If the sync is successful, the status will show as completed. If it has failed, there will be error message under status.
