Setting up the integration
First, you will need an API key and secret for your Liveclicker account.
When logged into Liveclicker, go to Settings → RealTime Content → API Key.
Then in Knak, create the Liveclicker integration as follows:
On the left hand side menu, click on the Admin menu.
Go to Integrations > Platforms
Click on +Add New Integration in the top right hand side.
Select the Liveclicker platform. (Please contact Knak support if you do not see this option)
Enter an integration name, the API key and API secret
Click on Create Integration
Managing your integration
Now that your integration is set up, you can view its configuration, edit it, or delete it from the "My Platform Connection" list on the Integrations page.
If you need to connect a new integration – or re-add a previously deleted one – you can do so by scrolling down to the "All Platforms" section and clicking Connect or Add Another Connection on the relevant platform tile.
Using the integration
When building a Landing Page or Email, the Liveclicker content component will be available to drag and drop into your Asset. Once in position, click the “Add Element” button to then select the desired Liveclicker content to use from your Liveclicker campaigns.
