This class discusses the common terminology we use here at Knak!

List of common terms:

  • Studio - Page where you land whenever you log into Knak. This is also where you see all of your assets

  • Assets - Emails and landing pages

  • Campaigns - Where you store assets

  • Folders - Where you store your campaigns, used for organization

  • Themes - Our version of a template

  • Modules - Section or portion of an email or landing page (header, footer, body)

  • Premium User - User that can create emails or landing pages (paid)

  • Premium Plus User - User that can create emails and landing pages (paid)

  • Collaborators - Users that can comment or approve emails but can't create or edit emails or landing pages (free)

  • Platform Type - Indicative of the amount of users your Knak platform supports

Consider a naming convention for your assets, it will help with search or organization later on.
