Before You Begin
Before you connect a Knak asset to Wrike, make sure:
You have a Wrike task to link.
You have permission to access both Knak and Wrike.
Note: You can link Knak assets only to Wrike tasks. Linking to Wrike folders is not supported.
Video Demo
Connect a Wrike Task to a Knak Asset
Step 1: Copy the Wrike Task Link
Step 2: Link the Task in Knak
Open your asset in Knak.
Click the Info tab.
Locate the Project Management section on the right side of the page.
Select the Wrike integration.
Paste the Wrike task URL into the field.
View Asset Information in Wrike
After you connect the task, Knak automatically updates the linked Wrike task.
The following information appears under More fields:
Asset status
Asset URL
This makes it easy to track the progress of your Knak asset without leaving Wrike.
Sync Comments Between Knak and Wrike
Comments added in Knak are automatically posted to the linked Wrike task.
This helps your team keep feedback in one place. It also reduces the need to copy updates between platforms.
Use Wrike Custom Fields in Knak
You can send custom field values from Wrike to Knak.
After setup, these values appear on the Info tab of the linked Knak asset. Custom field synchronization requires configuration by the Knak team.
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enable this feature.
