When it comes to getting an email or landing page out the door, collaboration and feedback are some of the most time-consuming parts of the process. Knak has simplified the process with an Asana integration.

Connecting a task in Asana to a Knak asset

In order to connect your Knak asset with your Asana task, you will first need to copy the task link from Asana. You can do so by opening your task and clicking the link icon in the top-right corner.

Next, head over to the Info tab of your asset in Knak. On the right-hand side, you'll see a section called Project Management. Once you've connected your Asana integration, you'll see it there. You can now paste in the task link you copied from Asana.

Once you've made this connection, you should see that a new project called Knak Tasks has been added to your task. The Knak asset status and URL will populate in the Asana task under the Fields section.

In addition to the asset status and URL, comments made in Knak will also be posted on the Asana task.

Finally, custom fields can be added in Asana and sent over to Knak. These values will appear on the Info tab of your linked asset in Knak. Custom fields require setup assistance from the Knak team. Please reach out to your CSM for more details.
