How it works

The Brand Voice tool will ensure your Knak AI-created content will always follow your brands personality and tone.

Using Brand Voice with your Knak AI Assistants

This feature currently works with the AI Subject & Preview Text Assistant. The assistant will parse your email to generate 5 examples, while incorporating your chosen personality and tones for each brand you have set up. If you wish to adjust the tone for any particular email, you can always prompt the Assistant to change the tone and perfect your messaging.

How to set up your Brand Voice

You will only be able to view the Brand Voice Settings if you have enabled Knak AI.

From the Brand set up page, your Knak Admin can customize your Brand Voice. Select 4-7 attributes and click save. The tool will create a Preview for you to get a sense of the impact of the attributes you have chosen. If you update the attributes, refresh the Preview tool to get an updated sample.

Don't forget to hit "save" to store your attributes.
