What Is Brand Voice?
The Brand Voice tool ensures that all AI-generated content in Knak reflects your brand’s personality. This helps keep your messaging consistent across emails and campaigns.

How Brand Voice Works
Brand Voice integrates with Knak AI Assistants. It currently supports the AI Subject & Preview Text Assistant.
When generating subject lines and preview text:
The assistant analyzes your email
It applies your selected brand tone and personality
It generates 5 on-brand suggestions
You can prompt the assistant to tweak tone or language anytime.
How To Set Up Brand Voice
You must enable Knak AI to access Brand Voice settings.
Step 1: Add a Brand Voice
Go to your Brands setup page.
Click Add a Brand Voice.
Step 2: Choose Attributes
Select 4–7 personality attributes that match your brand.
Add Brand Voice Rules
Click Generate Preview to see how your content will sound.
Click Save Brand Voice.
Step 3: Update and Preview
Adjust attributes anytime.
Click Refresh Preview to see updated content.
Step 4: Save Your Work
Click Save to confirm changes.
Using Saved Brand Voices
When editing your brand:
Choose from your saved Brand Voices.
Or create a new one to match a specific campaign or segment.
