Troubleshooting: Connection Fails After Setup
If your Adobe Campaign integration setup is complete, though Knak still shows a connection failure with the following error, check your network security settings.
Error message:
An error occurred during the SOAP call. You don't have the required rights to view the detail.
Cause
Some Adobe Campaign environments restrict which networks can access the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interface (API).
Knak connects to the Adobe Campaign SOAP API from the public internet. If your Adobe Campaign instance only allows connections from specific networks or IP addresses, Knak cannot complete the connection.
Solution
Update your Adobe Campaign security settings to allow public access to the SOAP API, or configure the required network access so Knak can connect.
If your organization has strict network security policies, contact your Adobe Campaign administrator before making this change.
