Follow these steps to set up an integration in Knak with Adobe Campaign v8.
Gathering the necessary details from Adobe
First, open the Adobe Developer Console. Under projects, select the one that you want to integrate with Knak.
Under that Project's page, click on OAuth Server-to-Server under Credentials
On the OAuth Server-to-Server page, copy the following information:
Client ID
Client Secret
Scopes
Next, click on Adobe Campaign under Scopes to find your endpoint URL
Under Product profiles, you will see the campaign name that contains the endpoint URL
In the below example, the endpoint URL is "knak-prod-acc" (after "Campaign -" and before "- admin")
Finally, when entering the endpoint URL into Knak, you will use the above endpoint URL followed by ".campaign.adobe.com".
For this example, our full endpoint URL would be "knak-prod-acc.campaign.adobe.com".
Connecting the integration in Knak
Open your Knak account and head to the Admin section
Go to Integrations > Platforms
Locate the Adobe Campaign integration tile and click Connect
Set the name of your integration, paste in your Client ID, Client Secret, endpoint URL, and Scopes, then press Create New Integration
Managing your integration
Now that your integration is set up, you can view its configuration, edit it, or delete it from the "My Platform Connection" list on the Integrations page.
If you need to connect a new integration β or re-add a previously deleted one β you can do so by scrolling down to the "All Platforms" section and clicking Connect or Add Another Connection on the relevant platform tile.
