What Is a Spacer?

A Spacer adds vertical space between rows or sections in your design.

Use spacers to:

  • Separate sections of content

  • Improve visual spacing

  • Adjust layout alignment

  • Create better mobile readability

Spacers can be adjusted to different heights. You can also control whether they appear on desktop or mobile.


Add a Spacer to Your Layout

Use a Spacer to create space between sections in your email or landing page.

Follow these steps to add one:

  1. Drag the Spacer content block into an empty column.

  2. Click the spacer to adjust the Spacer height. Set separate height based on mobile or desktop view.

Adjust Visibility (Optional)

Control where the spacer appears.

  1. Select the Spacer block.

  2. Open the Responsive settings.

  3. Choose to hide on mobile or hide on desktop.

This helps keep layouts clean across devices.

Best practice: Hide spacers on mobile to reduce large gaps on small screens.
