Bulk Sync for Campaigns

Bulk Sync for Campaigns allows you to sync multiple assets within a campaign to your marketing automation platform in one simple workflow.

How to Use Bulk Sync for Campaigns

Locate your Campaign to Sync

Navigate to your campaign that contains the assets you want to sync or resync. Look for the new sync button at the top of the campaign view.

Select Your Integration

Currently, Bulk Sync for Campaigns supports Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) integration, with more integrations coming soon. In the screenshot below we selected Pardot from the available options.

Choose Your Destination Folder

You can either:

  • Search for your folder directly using the "Search Folders" option

  • Browse through your folder structure to locate the destination

Select the appropriate folder and campaign where you want to sync your assets.

Review and Select Assets

You'll see a complete list of all assets in your campaign that can be synced. This includes:

  • Emails

  • Landing pages

  • Translated versions of your assets

See the assets in the campaign folder and review which assets to sync over

Don't want to sync everything? You can easily deselect any assets that aren't ready for syncing.

Note: if you do not have permission to sync assets that are not approved, you won't be able to sync those assets.

Initiate the Sync

Click the Sync Assets button to start the process. The system will run through:

  • Optimization checks

  • Platform-specific requirements

Address Any Errors

If there are errors that would block the sync process:

  1. Review the error details

  2. Click "Edit" to be taken directly to the asset with issues

  3. Make the necessary corrections (for example, adding missing elements like unsubscribe links)

  4. Return to the sync screen

  5. Click "Retry" to resume the sync process

Monitor Progress

Once the sync begins, you can monitor the status of each asset in the Sync Status as it syncs to your marketing automation platform.

Resyncing

The process to resync assets is very similar. When resyncing, you will initiate the sync in the same method as above, but your sync locations will already be set. If you wish to sync to a new location, choose "sync as new email".

  • Save time by syncing multiple assets at once instead of one by one

  • Manage an entire campaign from a single interface

  • Easily identify and fix issues before completing the sync

  • Monitor sync status for all your assets in real-time

Note: The time required for bulk syncing will depend on the number of assets in your campaign.
