Before You Start
Bulk Sync currently supports:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Supported asset types include:
Emails
Landing pages
SFMC only supports bulk resync for landing pages
Translated asset versions
Open Your Campaign
Navigate to the campaign that contains the assets you want to sync.
At the top of the campaign page, click the Sync button.
Select Your Integration
Choose the marketing automation platform where you want to sync your assets.
Available options:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Choose a Destination Folder
Select the folder and campaign destination for your synced assets.
You can:
Use Search Folders to find a folder quickly
Browse your folder structure manually
After you locate the correct destination:
Select the folder
Select the campaign destination
Click Next
Review and Select Assets
Review the assets included in the sync.
You can sync:
Emails
Landing pages
Translated asset versions
Note: SFMC only supports bulk resync for landing pages that have already been synced once. First-time landing page syncs in SFMC must be done individually. Pardot supports first-time landing page bulk syncs.
If you do not want to sync certain assets:
Deselect the asset
Continue with the remaining selections
Note: If you do not have permission to sync unapproved assets, those assets cannot be synced.
Start the Sync
Click Sync Assets to begin the sync process.
During sync, Knak automatically runs:
Optimization checks
Platform-specific validation checks
Initiate the Sync
Click the Sync Assets button to start the process. The system will run through:
Optimization checks
Platform-specific requirements
Resolve Pre-Sync Errors
If an asset fails validation, you will see an error message.
To resolve the issue:
Review the error details
Click Edit
Update the asset
Save your changes
Return to the sync screen
Click Retry
Common issues include:
Missing unsubscribe links
Required field validation
Platform-specific compliance errors
Monitor Sync Progress
Track the sync status for each asset directly from the sync panel.
Status indicators help you identify:
Successful syncs
Failed syncs
In-progress syncs
Resync Existing Assets
To sync assets to a new destination:
Choose a new destination folder
Select assets
Click Sync Assets
To resync assets to the same sync location:
Open the original campaign
Start the Bulk Sync workflow again
Review the existing sync destinations
Click Sync Assets
