Note: This feature is currently available for the Pardot/Account Engagement, SFMC, and Marketo integrations. If you are syncing to Marketo, the “Create New Program” workflow is not currently supported.
How to bulk sync translated variants:
From either the studio home page or the builder, select the base asset that has translated variants and select “sync”.
Next, select your integration and folder location:
Now you can choose which translations you wish to sync. All variants selected will be synced to the same folder location.
All assets selected will be scanned for errors and warnings specific to the platform you are syncing to. If all are successful, your sync will begin automatically.
If you have any issues preventing the sync, you will be able to preview them now. If you only have warnings, the sync will be successful and will not display this step. The same warnings can be found in the Optimize tab.
If you have any errors, they will need to be resolved prior to syncing. You can click edit to open a new tab directly to the asset that has the error. Once complete, return to this tab and select “retry”.
Once you click “retry”, the assets will begin syncing. You can track the progress on the bottom left in the sync status.
You can click on the sync status to view the progress.
