Bulk Syncing Translations

Sync multiple translated asset variants to a single marketing automation platform in one action.

Note: This feature is currently in Beta testing. Please reach out to maral.artang@knak.com if you would like to participate.

Supported Integrations

Bulk Sync Translations is currently available for the following platforms:

  • Pardot (Account Engagement)

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Marketo*

  • Braze

  • Adobe Campaign

  • HubSpot

  • Iterable

  • SendGrid

  • Eloqua

  • Adobe Journey Optimizer

Note: The Create New Program workflow is not currently supported for Marketo.


Before You Begin

Before you bulk sync translations, make sure:

  • Your translated assets are nested under a single base asset.

  • All translated variants are ready to sync.

  • You have access to a supported integration.

Organize Your Translated Assets

Bulk Sync only works when translated variants are nested under a single base asset.

If your translations are not nested beneath a base asset, they will not appear in the Bulk Sync workflow.

Bulk Sync Your Translations

Step 1: Open the Bulk Sync Workflow

You can start the Bulk Sync workflow from either the Studio or the Builder.

Option 1: From the Studio

  1. Open the Studio.

  2. Locate the base asset that contains your translated variants.

  3. Click Sync.

Option 2: From the Builder

  1. Open the base asset in the Builder.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Select Sync.

Step 2: Choose Your Destination

  1. Select your integration.

  2. Choose the destination folder where your assets will be synced.

All selected translations will be synced to the same folder.

Step 3: Select the Translations

  1. Confirm that the correct translated variants are selected.

  2. Verify the destination integration and folder.

  3. Click Confirm & Sync.

Validation Before Sync

Successful Validation

If no errors are found, syncing starts automatically. Warnings do not prevent the sync. You can also view warnings later in the Optimize tab.

Validation Errors

If validation finds errors:

  1. Review the list of errors.

  2. Click Edit beside the affected asset.

  3. Resolve the issue in the new browser tab.

  4. Return to the Bulk Sync window.

  5. Click Retry.

  6. The sync starts after all errors are resolved.

Monitor Sync Progress

After the sync begins:

  1. View the Sync Status in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click the status indicator to see detailed progress for each asset.
