Quick fixes for common rendering issues

Basic Troubleshooting Steps

Try the following steps to resolve common rendering issues. If these do not work, contact Knak support for help. This guide includes both basic and advanced troubleshooting steps to address a variety of issues.

1. Perform a Hard Refresh

This reloads the page and clears temporary cache for the session.

  • Mac: Press Command + Shift + R

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R

2. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

  • Go to your browser settings.

  • Clear browsing data (select cached images and files).

3. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Make sure you're connected to a stable network.

4. Try a Different Browser

Use modern browsers such as:

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Microsoft Edge (Windows)

  • Safari (Mac)

5. Make Sure Your Browser Is Up to Date

  • If you see an "update" option, close and update your browser.

  • Log back into Knak after updating.

6. Test in an Incognito Tab

  • Open a new incognito or private window and try loading Knak again.

7. Disable Browser Extensions

  • Especially ad blockers or privacy tools, as they may interfere with loading content.
