Basic Troubleshooting Steps
Here are some first steps to test out for common rendering issues. If these steps do not resolve the issue you are running into, please reach out to Knak support so we can investigate!
Perform a Hard Refresh
Mac:
Command + Shift + R
Windows:
Ctrl + Shift + R
A hard refresh reloads the web page and clears temporary cache for that session.
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Go to your browser settings.
Clear browsing data (cached images and files).
Check your internet connection
Ensure you're connected to a stable network.
Try a different browser
We recommend using modern browsers:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft Edge (Windows)
Safari (Mac)
Make sure your browser is up to date
If you see an "update" option for your browser, close and update.
Log back into Knak after updating.
Testing in an incognito tab
Disable browser extensions
Especially ad blockers or privacy tools
