Submit and Track Support Tickets in Knak

Report issues, ask questions, and track support ticket statuses through the Knak support portal.

Report a Bug or Issue

You can report problems directly to the support team through the Knak interface.

Step 1: Open the Support Widget

You have two options to access support:

  • Click the ? icon in the top-right corner and select Support, or

  • Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of any Knak screen.

Step 2: Submit a Request

Click Ask a Question to start a chat.

The support bot will first ask you for basic details. You can type your issue or request. Need more help? Ask to Talk to a human to connect with a support agent.

Step 3: Provide Information

Answer a few questions to help the support team understand your issue.
Your input will be submitted as a ticket and you will receive email updates as the team reviews the issue.

Step 4: View Your Ticket Status

Go to the chat widget and click the Messages or Tickets tabs.
You can view details like:

  • Ticket ID

  • Creation date

  • Last activity

  • Status (e.g., In Progress, Waiting on You, Resolved)

View All Company Support Tickets

Admins and authorized users can view all tickets submitted by your company. Click the "Looking for your company's tickets" link to reach the ticket portal

Grant Portal Access to Other Users

Only users with the correct permission can access all company tickets.

  1. Select a role and click Edit.

  2. Enable the permission View all company tickets in support.

    • This is enabled by default for the Administrator role.
