Overview

The Module Manager shows where a module is used across your workspace.
You can quickly find all emails, landing pages, and themes that include a specific module. This helps you maintain consistency and improve quality across your content.

How to Access the Module Manager

  1. Go to Modules

  2. Select a module

  3. Click the gear icon

  4. Click View Assets Using This Module

Alternative method:

  1. Open the module editor

  2. Open the Action Menu

  3. Click View Assets Using the Module

After opening the Module Manager, you will see a table of all assets and themes using the module.


Filter the Module Table

Use filters at the top of the table to narrow results.

Available Filters

  • Asset Type – Email, Landing Page, or Theme

  • Brand – Filter by brand

  • Campaign – Filter by campaign

  • Sync Status – Synced or unsynced

  • Asset Status – Draft, Awaiting Approval, Changes Required, or Published

  • Module Status – Up-to-date or out-of-date

Why Use Module Status

Filter by Module Status to find outdated modules. This helps you quickly identify what needs updating.


Update Modules From the Table

You can update modules directly from the table. This saves time and reduces errors.

Steps to Update

  1. Select an asset

  2. Click Update Module

  3. Confirm the update
