The Knak Studio is where you can see all emails in your account. Just click on 'Studio' in the left nav menu to access.
You will see a list of all emails including email name, creator, creation date and email ID.
How to search for a specific email
Use any of the following methods:
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for any email detail such as the name, creator or brand etc.
You can toggle the display to show all emails or just email you created using the toggle in the top right corner.
Selecting 'Advanced Filters' allows you to search by email stage, brand and email creator.
Email Tags
Each email can be assigned one or multiple tags. Tags can be used to group and categorize emails so they can be easily found in the future.
Tags can be added from the email center by clicking the three dot menu next to any email and selecting 'Tag Email.
Tag can also be added from within the email builder by going to the info page. You can add as many tags as you like under the general information section.
Once added you can search for tags via the search bar in the Studio.
Working with emails
Once you have found the email you need, click the three dot menu to the right of the email. This will reveal a drop down menu with options such as sending a test email, syncing, downloading html, preview and more.
The options you see here will depend on the level of access you have in Knak.
