Knak Studio

View and manage all your email assets from one central location.

Overview

Knak Studio is your hub for organizing, searching, tagging, and managing email campaign assets. You can quickly find existing content, apply filters, download HTML files, and sync assets.


Accessing Knak Studio

  1. Click Studio in the top-left menu of your Knak dashboard.

  2. You will see a list of email assets with details such as:

    • Asset Name

    • Creator

    • Creation Date

    • Asset ID

Searching for Specific Emails

Use the search bar on the left to find emails by:

  • Name

  • Creator

  • Brand

  • Tags

You can also apply filters:

  • Asset Type (Email or Landing Page)

  • Asset Status (Draft, Awaiting Approval, Changes Required, Approved, Completed)

  • Creator

  • Brand

Using Email Tags

Tags help categorize and organize your assets for faster searching.

How to Add Tags from the Studio

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to an email.

  2. Select Add Tags.

Tags will then become searchable through the main Studio search bar.

After locating an asset on the Studio page, you can:

  • Click Edit Asset to open the email or landing page

  • Download a PNG, PDF, or HTML version

  • Sync the asset

Additional Actions via the Three-Dot Menu

Click the three-dot menu beside an asset to access more options:

  • Open in a new tab

  • Rename the asset

  • Add tags

  • Clone

  • Disable Cloning

  • Send Test Email (email specific)

  • Mark Completed

  • Delete
