Manually Import a Knak Email into Adobe Campaign

Import your Knak email into Adobe Campaign by downloading the HTML file or copying the email source code.

Download Your Knak Email

  1. Open your email in Knak.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Hover over Download.

  4. Select Download HTML for Adobe Campaign.

Copy the HTML Code

  1. Locate the downloaded .html file.

  2. Open the file in your web browser.

  3. Right-click anywhere on the page.

  4. Select View Page Source.

  6. Copy the code.

Create an Email in Adobe Campaign

  1. Open Adobe Campaign.

  2. From the home page, click Create an Email.

  3. Select the email type.

  4. Enter the email details:

    • Label

    • ID

    • Campaign

    • Description

  5. Select the audience for your email.

  6. Choose one of the following editors:

    • Use the Email Designer

    • Use the Legacy Editor

Import into the Email Designer

You can import your Knak email by pasting the HTML or uploading the downloaded file.

Option 1: Paste the HTML

  1. Click Create.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Select HTML.

  4. Delete the existing HTML.

  5. Paste the HTML code that you copied from the browser.

  6. Save the email.

Return to the Content section to preview your Knak email.

Option 2: Upload the HTML File

  1. Select Upload HTML.

  2. Click Select File or drag the downloaded HTML file into the upload area.

  3. Save the email.

Import into the Legacy Editor

  1. Click </> Show Source.

  2. Delete the existing HTML.

  3. Paste the HTML code that you copied from the browser.

  4. Click </> Hide Source.

Your Knak email appears in the editor.
