In some cases, syncing an email to a Responsys campaign fails because it will not allow the Campaign to be updated through the API. When this happens, the email template is created, but the email template is not linked to the campaign.
Navigate to your campaign in Responsys.
Hover over the Email message panel and click Edit Message.
Click Change beside the email template name.
In the pop-up, click Create from file, then Choose from library.
In the folder picker, navigate to All Content > z_knak > [Your Campaign Name].
Expand the folder and find the most recent email template by looking at the date and time at the end of the file name (you can expand the column to see the entire name).
Click the email template and then click Select in the bottom-right corner.
Congratulations! Now the most recent email template is linked to your campaign.
