If you find a bug or an issue within Knak, you can report the issue here in the upper right hand corner:
When you click on the Support button, it will bring you to an area where you can submit a request. Simply click on the Submit a request button beside your name.
Here you can enter the subject and description of your issue and attach a screenshot or any files that may help with the issue. After entering the details, click Submit.
After you submit the request, you can view the status of the request by clicking on My Requests. It will have a link to the issue, the id, when it was created, last activity and the status. The statuses will be Open, Awaiting your reply and Solved
If you are CC'd on any requests, you can click on Requests I'm CC'd On to view the details of the ticket.
Administrators can view tickets and statuses that have been made by any user of their organization by clicking Organization Requests.
Comments and updates can be made by clicking on the link (Subject title) and entering details where it says Add to conversation.
