If you find a bug or an issue within Knak, you can report this to our support team!
Step 1. Contact the support team by clicking the top right corner with the "?" and click "support" or you can click the smiling text icon at the bottom right corner:
Step 2. When you click on the Support button, it will open a pop up where you can submit a request. Simply click on the "Ask a Question" option to start a chat
Starting a chat is perfect for guidance questions you may have! Our support bot will greet you first to gather some more information and provide simple guidance. If you ever need further guidance you can always select the option to "talk to a human" to talk to one of our support agents.
Step 3. Here you will be asked a couple of questions to collect some information before it is seen by our support team!
After you have followed the workflow, the support team will be notified of the information you have typed in the chat or in a ticket.
Step 4. After you submit your request, you can view the status of the request by clicking on the messages/tickets tabs.
Your ticket will have a link to the issue, the id, when it was created, last activity and the status. The statuses will be In Progress, In progress with dev, Waiting on you and Resolved
Administrators can view tickets and statuses that have been made by any user of their organization by navigating to the Ticket Portal.
