Navigate to the studio page and find the asset you would like to lock. Click the three dots on the right side of the asset to expand the drop down menu and select "Mark completed"

The asset will now be designated as completed and non-authorized users will not be able to edit it:

Any user with the "Edit Locked Emails" role permission can edit a locked email or landing page:
