Turn On Locking for Completed Assets
You must first enable the setting to lock completed assets.
Go to the Admin side of the platform.
Click Settings.
Select Review.
Toggle on Lock completed emails and pages for editing.
This setting will prevent non-authorized users from editing emails and landing pages once they are marked as Completed.
Lock an Email or Landing Page
Marking an asset as Completed will automatically lock it.
Steps to Lock an Asset
Go to the Studio.
Find the email or landing page you want to lock.
Click the three dots on the right side of the asset.
Select Mark completed from the dropdown.
Once marked, end users will no longer be able to edit the asset. Only users with specific permissions will be able to make changes.
View Completed (Locked) Assets
You can filter completed assets directly from the Studio.
Open the Studio.
Apply the Completed filter to see only locked assets.
Allow Edits to Locked Assets
Users with the Edit Locked Emails role permission can still edit locked assets.
