Navigate to the studio page, right click and select 'Mark completed'

The asset will now be designated as completed and non-authorised users will not be able to edit it.

Using filters in the studio you can view all completed assets

By default completed assets can only be edited by administrators. If you want to allow other users to edit completed assets, enable the user role permission 'Edit Locked Emails' More details on user roles can be found here.
