Before You Begin
Make sure you have:
A connected Monday.com integration in Knak. If you have not connected the integration yet, see Set Up the Monday.com Integration.
Access to the Monday.com board that contains the item you want to connect.
Permission to edit the Knak asset.
Connect a Monday.com Item to a Knak Asset
Link a Monday.com item to your Knak asset to sync project information.
Step 1: Copy the Monday.com Item Link
Open your item in Monday.com.
Locate the item in its board.
Copy the item's link.
Step 2: Add the Link to Your Knak Asset
Open your asset in Knak.
Click the Info tab.
Locate the Project Management section on the right side.
Select the connected Monday.com integration.
Paste the Monday.com item link.
After the link is added, your asset connects to the Monday.com item.
Synced Custom Fields
After the connection is complete, Knak automatically imports selected values from Monday.com into your asset's custom fields.

Open the Monday.com Item from Knak
After an item is connected, you can open it directly from your Knak asset.
Open your asset.
Go to the Info tab.
In the Project Management section, click the Monday.com link.
This opens the linked item in Monday.com.
Sync Knak Status to Monday.com
As your asset moves through its workflow, Knak automatically updates the connected Monday.com item.
The asset status appears in the Knak Status column in Monday.com.
Sync Comments to Monday.com
Comments added to your Knak asset automatically sync to the connected Monday.com item.
This keeps everyone informed without switching between platforms.
