How to Customize your Social Media Icons

Learn how to change the color of your social media icons to get a more customized look!

We have preselected some social icons that will automatically display for you when you drag and drop a social content box over to a section, but there are some fun ways to customize the appearance of these icons! This help document highlights how to change the background color of your social icons, and also how to change the displayed image of your icons.

How to change the background color of your social icons

After you have added the Social content to a section, click that section and you will see the Social Attributes will display on the right side of the builder.

From the Social Attributes Section, locate which icon you would like to edit. Click the downward arrow button to expand the customization menu for the chosen icon. Here you will find the Background Color option. Choose which color you would like change your icon to, and then you are done!

Here are a couple examples of how it looks after all changing the background colors of each individual icon to all match the same color or to have them all be different colors!

How to change the image displayed for your social icons

There are two ways to change the displayed image for your icons, you can either add in a photo from your image library, or you can also add an image url into this section.

For example, we have the updated Twitter (X) logo applied to our social icons, but if you wanted to replace this image with the original bird logo, you can do so here:
