Campaign Templates

Create campaigns faster while maintaining brand consistency using reusable templates.

Overview

Campaign Templates allow admins to create a starting structure for campaigns. Each template can include predefined themes and assets.

When campaign builders create a campaign, they can select a template instead of starting from scratch. Required themes are automatically included. Optional themes can be toggled on or off.


Admins: Create And Manage Templates

Admins can create templates that define the structure of campaigns.

Create a Campaign Template

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. Click Campaign Templates.

  3. Click Create.

Add Template Details

  1. Enter a Template name.
    Example: Live Event Template.

  2. Add an optional description.

Add Themes To The Template

Themes determine which assets appear when a campaign is created.

  1. Search for a theme.

  2. Select the theme to add it to the template.

Configure Themes

After adding themes, configure how they behave in the campaign.

  • Required themes
    Cannot be removed from the campaign.

  • Optional themes
    Builders can choose whether to include them.

Preview And Adjust Themes

  1. Preview themes before publishing.

  2. Edit or remove themes if needed.

You can include draft themes during template creation. Publish the themes before publishing the template. Otherwise, builders will not see them in campaigns.

Publish The Template

  1. Click Publish to make the template available.

  2. Click Save Draft if the template is not ready.

Once published, campaign builders can select the template when creating campaigns.


For Campaign Builders: Use Templates

Campaign builders can use templates to quickly generate a new campaign.

Create A Campaign From A Template

  1. Go to Studio.

  2. Open the folder where the campaign will live.

  3. Click Create Campaign.

  4. Click Create.

  5. Select a Campaign Template.

You can also select New Blank Campaign to start without a template.

Review Included Assets

After selecting a template, review the assets included in the campaign.

  • Required themes are automatically included.

  • Optional themes can be removed.

To remove an optional theme:

  1. Toggle Add to Campaign off.

Create The Campaign

  1. Confirm the selected assets.

  2. Click Create Campaign.

The campaign will generate using the selected template.

Customize Your Campaign

After creating the campaign, update its content.

  1. Update the campaign name.

  2. Open each asset.

  3. Add copy, links, and other content.

  4. Save changes.

Important Notes:

  • Builders only see templates that are compatible with their brand.

  • Restrict templates by using brand-restricted themes.

  • If a theme is restricted to a brand, the template will also be restricted.
