For Admins: Creating and Managing Templates
Setting Up Templates
1. Navigate to Admin > Campaign Templates
2. Select "Create"
3. Fill in the basics:
- Template name (e.g., "Q1 Webinar Template")
- Optional description
- Optional tags for easy searching
Adding Content
1. Search and add your themes
2. Configure each theme:
- Mark Themes as Required (assets which can't be removed from campaigns)
- Any additional Themes will be optional (users can choose to include or not)
3. Preview and modify themes as needed. You will be able to include "draft" Themes, but make sure to publish them before you publish your Campaign Templates otherwise they will not display to the Campaign builders.
4. Remove or adjust themes at any time
5. Publish your new Template
*Note: You can save it as a draft if you aren't ready to publish your template.
For Campaign Builders: Using Templates
Creating a Campaign
1. Go to Studio and open your folder > Select "Create Campaign" > Choose "Create" > Pick your template or "New Blank Campaign" if you wish to build from scratch
2. Review assets:
- Required themes are pre-selected
- Choose which optional themes to include by toggling on "Add to Campaign"
3. Create your campaign
Customizing Your Campaign
1. Update the campaign name
2. Open individual assets and customize as required - add your copy, links, etc
3. Save your changes
Important Notes
- Builders can only access templates compatible with their brand. If you wish to restrict a Campaign Template to a specific brand, make sure the Themes included are also brand restricted.
