Before You Begin
You need:
A Knak account with Admin access.
Access to your Bynder account.
One of the following:
Your Bynder Endpoint URL.
A Bynder Permanent API (Application Programming Interface) Token.
Tip: Using a Permanent API Token lets you connect without signing in each time.
Set Up the Bynder Integration
Step 1: Copy Your Bynder Endpoint URL
Sign in to your Bynder account.
Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
Remove anything that appears after
.combefore you paste the URL into Knak.
Your Endpoint URL should include only the base domain.
Step 2: Open the Integrations Page in Knak
Sign in to Knak.
Click Admin.
Select Integrations from the left navigation.
Click Platforms.
Scroll to the Digital Asset Management section.
Click Connect on the Bynder tile.
Step 3. Configure the Bynder Integration
Choose one of the following authentication methods:
Endpoint URL: Paste the Endpoint URL you copied from Bynder.
Permanent API Token: Paste your Bynder Permanent API Token.
For instructions on creating a Permanent API Token, see the Bynder documentation.
Step 4: Save the Integration
Click Create New Integration.
Your Bynder integration is now connected.
Authentication When Using an Endpoint URL
If you connected using your Endpoint URL, you must sign in to Bynder the first time you access your assets from the Knak Builder.
After selecting Bynder as your file system, the Bynder sign-in screen appears.
Access Bynder Assets in the Knak Builder
After you connect your account, you can browse your Bynder assets directly from the Knak Builder using the Universal Compact View.
Browse your Bynder asset library.
Select images.
Upload images into emails.
Upload images into landing pages.
Manage Your Integration
After setup, view your integration in the My Platform Connection list on the Integrations page.
From here, you can:
View the configuration
Edit the integration
Delete the integration
To connect a new integration or re-add a deleted one:
Scroll to All Platforms.
Find the Bynder tile.
Click Connect or Add Another Connection.
Troubleshooting
Images Do Not Load
If an image does not appear in your image library, verify that the image URL ends with one of the supported file formats.

If the image uses an unsupported format, Knak cannot import it.
