Add a Form Block

Add a form block to your landing page layout.

Steps

  1. Go to the Content panel.

  2. Drag the Form block onto your landing page.

From the content panel in the landing page, drag in a form content block where desired in the landing page

Customize the Form Block Placeholder

Use the form block without importing a form. Apply basic styling to match your layout. These settings only control the container of the form. They do not control the fields inside the form.

Available Customizations (No Form Imported)

  • Background color

  • Corner radius

  • Inner padding

  • Outer padding

  • Borders (any side)

Use these options to create a styled placeholder. This works before connecting a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).

Import a Form From a Marketing Automation Platform

Import a form from your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP). MAP stands for Marketing Automation Platform.

Steps

  1. Click the form block.

  2. Click Import Form.

    click the new form content block then select import form to upload an existing form

  3. Select your integration:

    • Marketo

    • Eloqua

    • Pardot

  4. Select a form from the dropdown.

  5. Wait for the preview to load.

  6. Click Use This Form.

    Select your integration, search or choose a form from the drop down, click on use this form when you have choosen the desired form
