How Email Generation Works
1. Start With Your Prompt
Describe what you want to build (e.g., "a product launch email for our new release")
Add supporting files like a Campaign Brief PDF, a copy doc, or a URL
2. Choose Your Design/Layout
Apply a brand theme
Upload a PDF of a previous email
Or let Knak AI create a new design from scratch
3. Add Images
Upload from desktop, Knak Image Library, or your Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
Provide a URL to help Knak AI source images (must be from a public site)
4. Click Submit
Knak AI will generate your email in a few minutes and notify you when it's ready
5. Review and Refine
Knak AI delivers a fully editable draft with structure, copy, and images
Regenerate, rewrite, or edit sections as needed within the builder

Do I need to attach files?
No. A detailed prompt is enough. Attachments just improve output accuracy.
Can Knak AI match our brand style?
Yes. If your themes, templates, or Brand Voice rules are set, Knak AI will follow them.
Can it generate new images?
Not yet. Only existing images can be uploaded or linked.
What if my PDF is too large?
Compress or split the file into parts under 5MB, or link to an online version.
Can I regenerate the email?
Yes. You can regenerate, rewrite sections, or edit directly in the builder.
How does Knak AI handle tone?
If Brand Voice is enabled, Knak AI will follow your tone and style rules.
