How Email Generation Works
1. Start With Your Prompt
Describe what you want to build (e.g., "a product launch email for our new release").
Add supporting files like a Campaign Brief PDF, a copy doc, or a URL [must be a public URL].
2. Choose Your Design/Layout
Apply a brand theme.
Upload a PDF of a previous email.
Or let Knak AI create a new design from scratch.
3. Add Images
Upload from desktop, Knak Image Library, or your Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
Provide a URL to help Knak AI source images (must be from a public site).
4. Click Submit
Knak AI will generate your email in a few minutes and notify you when it's ready.
5. Review and Refine
Knak AI delivers a fully editable draft with structure, copy, and images.
Regenerate, rewrite, or edit sections as needed within the builder.
6. Remix Your Prompt
Want to try a new direction?
Hover over the AI icon in the Studio.
Click Remix.
This will:
Reopen your previous prompt.
Keep your attachments.
Keep your previous inputs.
Update your copy. Change the audience. Attach new images. Then regenerate.
