Export All Dynamic Sections as One Stacked PDF
Use this option to export all your dynamic sections in a single, vertically stacked PDF file.
How to Export from the Builder
Open your email in the builder.
Click the Actions menu in the top right corner.
Select Download PDF of Dynamic Content Variations + Full Default
If you do not see this option in your account, reach out to Knak Support to enable this feature.
All dynamic sections will appear in a single file, stacked one after the other.
💡 This is ideal when you need to share/review all content variations at once.
Download Each Dynamic Section Separately
Use this option to download each version of your dynamic sections as separate PDF files.
How to Download from the Preview
Click Preview in the top toolbar.
In the Preview screen, toggle which segment you would like to download from the Dynamic Content Preview box.
In the Preview screen, click the Actions Menu in the top right corner and select Download Preview PDF.
Continue steps 2 and 3 until you have downloaded each segment’s preview PDF file.
💡 This is ideal when you need to review or send individual variations.
