Overview
Use the Deleted Assets feature to view and restore assets that were deleted within the past 30 days.
You can:
View recently deleted assets.
Search for a deleted asset.
Filter by asset type.
Preview available asset content.
Restore one or more assets at the same time.

Who Can Restore Deleted Assets
If you are an admin you automatically have access to Deleted Assets when the feature is enabled for your account.
If you have another role, you need the Restore Deleted Assets role permission.
If you need access, contact your Knak Admin. Your Knak Admin can add the Restore Deleted Assets permission to your role.
Open the Deleted Assets Page
You can find Deleted Assets in the admin area of Knak.
Open the Admin section.
Click Deleted Assets.
If you do not see Deleted Assets, contact your Knak Admin to confirm that you have the Restore Deleted Assets role permission.
Which Assets Can You Restore?
You can restore:
Emails
Landing pages
Mobile messages
The feature shows assets deleted within the past 30 days.
If an asset was deleted more than 30 days ago, contact Knak Support for help recovering it.
The following asset types are not included:
Themes
Modules
What Information Can You See?
The Deleted Assets page shows information to help you find the asset you want to restore.
Depending on when your asset was deleted, you may see:
Asset name
Asset type
Deletion details
Preview content
Note: Some details may not be available if your asset was deleted before Deleted Assets was enabled.
Find a Deleted Asset
Use search and filters to find the asset you want to restore.
Open the Deleted Assets page.
Use the search bar to find an asset by name.
Filter the list by Emails or Landing Pages.
Select the asset you want to review.
Preview a Deleted Asset
Preview an asset before restoring it to confirm that you selected the correct content.
Find the deleted asset.
Open its preview.
Review the available content.
Note: Some older deleted assets may not include preview content. Assets deleted after the Deleted Assets feature was enabled should include a full preview.
Restore Deleted Assets
You can restore one asset or multiple assets at the same time.
Find the assets you want to restore.
Select each asset.
Click Restore Selected.
Confirm that the assets have been restored.
There is no set limit on the number of selected assets you can restore at one time.
What Happens After You Restore an Asset?
Your restored asset becomes available in Knak again.
To see who restored an asset:
Open the restored asset.
Open the Info tab.
Review the Audit Trail.
The Audit Trail shows that the asset was restored and who restored it.
The Last Modified field also updates to show the user who restored the asset.
