Sync Emails and Landing Pages to Your Integrations

Easily send your assets to your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and track their sync status.

Before You Start

  • You must have permission to sync assets.

  • Your integration must be connected and active.


Sync Your Asset

Follow these steps to sync your email or landing page.

Step 1: Open the Actions Menu

  1. Open your email or landing page.

  2. Click Actions.

  3. Click Sync.

Step 2: Select Your Integration

  1. Choose your integration from the list.

  2. Check for connection issues.

    1. If there is an integration connection issue, fix it before continuing.

Step 3: Choose a Sync Location

  1. Select your destination folder or program.

  2. Click Next.

Step 4: Confirm and Sync

  1. Review your settings.

  2. Click Confirm and Sync.

Your asset will be sent to your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).

Step 5: Review Presync Check

  • A presync check runs automatically.

  • This verifies your asset meets requirements.

How Presync Checks Work

When you click Sync, a validation runs before sending your asset.

What Is Checked

  • Integration connection is active.

  • Folder or program location is valid.

  • Content meets formatting rules.

  • Required modules or fields are present.

Passing this check allows the sync to proceed.


View Sync Status

  1. Go to the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  2. Click Sync Status.

Understand Sync Status Results

Status

Meaning

Completed

Your asset is available in your MAP

Failed

An error occurred. Review the message

  • Click a sync record to view details.

  • Use error messages to troubleshoot issues.

Troubleshooting

If your asset does not appear in your MAP:

Check Sync Status

  • Open the Sync Status panel.

  • Review progress and error logs.

Common Issues

  • Integration is inactive.

  • Invalid folder or location.

  • Missing required fields.

  • Asset does not meet validation rules.

Fix and Retry

  1. Resolve the issue.

  2. Repeat the sync steps.
