Enable Landing Pages Permissions

Allow users to create and manage landing pages by updating role permissions.

Overview

You must enable the correct permission before users can access landing pages. This setting is controlled at the role level. Once enabled, users with that role can view, create, and edit landing pages.


Adjust Role Settings

  1. Click Admin in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Roles.

    Under admin, select roles to view all existing roles

Edit an Existing Role

  1. Find the role you want to update.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

    Under admin, scroll to roles, then click on the pencil icon beside the role you wish to edit

Create a New Role

  1. Click Create Role.

    Under admin, select roles, click on create roles to create a custom role
  2. Enter a name and description.

    Give the new role a desired name and add all desired role permissions

Enable Landing Pages Permission

  1. Scroll to the Landing Pages section.

  2. Check Use Landing Pages.

  3. Select any additional permissions required for creating or editing.

  4. Click Save.

    Navigate to the landing pages section, select on use landing pages, select other additional landing page permissions you desire to add to the role, then save
  5. Users assigned to this role can now start creating landing pages.

    View users and what role permissions they have been assigned, users assigned to the essential users role can start creating landing pages

Next Steps

  • Assign the updated role to users.

  • Direct users to the Landing Pages builder to begin creating content.

Keep in mind: Some role permissions require a license. The required license appears next to the permission name.
