For the Responsys integration, users may possibly encounter the following error message when attempting to sync a Knak email to Responsys.
You may be seeing this error despite having datasources specified in your campaign. This is often caused by a discrepancy between Responsys’ front-end showing datasources while in reality the back-end has empty datasources.
How to fix this
In Responsys, navigate to the campaign you are trying to sync your Knak email to
Click on “Data sources” in the “Email Message” section
3. Click on the save
4. Retry the sync of your Knak email
