When to Move Assets
Move an email or landing page if you:
Created it in the wrong campaign or brand.
Cloned it into the wrong campaign.
Need to organize assets into a different campaign folder.
Need to transfer assets to another brand.
You can move assets:
Between campaign folders within the same brand.
Between campaign folders in different brands.Move Emails or Landing Pages
Step 1: Select Your Assets
Open the campaign that contains the assets.
Select the checkbox beside one or more emails or landing pages.
To move every asset in the list, select any checkbox. Then click Select All.
Step 2: Move the Assets
Click Move.
In the folder selection window, select the destination campaign folder.
Click Save.
If Modules Aren't Assigned to the Target Brand
If an email or landing page contains modules that are not assigned to the destination brand, a Module Assignment Required dialog appears.
The dialog lists any modules that are not assigned to the target brand. Choose one of the following options:
Option | Description |
Cancel | Close the dialog. Do not move the selected assets. |
Skip | Move the selected assets without assigning the listed modules to the target brand. |
Reassign & Move | Assign the listed modules to the target brand. Then move the selected assets. |
