  1. Go to Publish » Downloads » Download HTML for Outlook

2. Once your file downloads, open it in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

3. Click somewhere on the body of the page and Press Ctrl + A to select everything

4. Right click and find Copy or press Ctrl + C to copy everything

5. Go to Outlook

6.Select New email

7. Click into the body area of the email and press Ctrl + V to paste

8. Send your email
