Instead of having to search for your modules manually, use filters to sort your modules so you can find them quickly when you need to edit a module or when you are using it in your asset!
Navigate to your Module Library
Navigate to Admin > Modules to your module library. From here you can create a module from scratch, or you can locate your previously created modules and edit them.
Sorting
Check the top right to see a downward arrow below the "Create Module" button. From here you can sort by name in alphabetical order (Name A - Z) or you can sort by last modified:
Module Filters
You can filter modules by various categories including category, brand, status and type. Modules can also be sorted by name, relevance and last modified. And if you ever need to clear your filters, click the button on the right side that says "Clear Filters"
Types
The two type options are Email or Landing Page. Email and Landing page modules are separated in this way since they have different settings to adhere to. You can either select Email or Landing page or include both types when applying your filters.
Category
Your account will have premade options for categories such as Header, Footer, and Body; however, your team can also create custom module categories. To learn more about module categories and how to create them, check out our How to Set Up Modules help document.
Brand
This will help you to find out which modules are available per brand. To apply brand restrictions to your modules, check out our Define Editing Restrictions in Modules document for more information.
Status
The two status options are published or unpublished. Published will be available to be used to add in assets and unpublished will only show up in the admin side of the platform to edit and adjust.
Finding your Modules in your Asset
Similarly, there are two ways to quickly search for assets when you're building an email or landing page. You can filter out by category, or you can search using the search bar. In the screenshot below we selected the "Footer" module category and kept the search bar empty to easily look through our footer module options:
Or if you prefer to be able to see all of your options, you can keep the search bar and categories empty to view all of the modules available to you in that brand.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to find a module when building your asset, make sure that the module has been published on the admin side of the platform, and that the brand restrictions will allow that module to be used in the brand you are creating your email or landing page in.
