How to apply filters to easily search through your modules

Navigate to Your Module Library

Access your modules from the Admin section.

  1. Go to Admin

  2. Click Modules

From this view, you can:

  • Create a new module

  • View existing modules

  • Edit previously created modules

Sort Your Modules

Use sorting to organize modules in a clear order.

  1. Locate the arrow icon under the Create Module button

  2. Select a sorting option:

    • Name (A–Z)

    • Last Modified

Sorting helps you find recently updated modules or scan alphabetically.

Filter Your Modules

Use filters and search to narrow down your module list.

Use Filters

Filter by:

  • Category

  • Brand

    • This helps you see which modules are usable in a specific brand.

  • Status

    • Published β†’ Available in assets

    • Unpublished β†’ Available only in Admin

  • Type

    • Choose the module format:

      • Email

      • Landing Page

Sort results by:

  • Name

  • Relevance

  • Last Modified

  • Click Clear Filters to reset all selections

Use the Search Bar

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific module.

  1. Locate the search bar at the top of the module list

  2. Enter a keyword or module name

Search works alongside filters. Combine both to narrow results faster.

Find Modules While Building an Asset

You can search for modules directly inside an email or landing page builder.

Option 1: Filter by Category

  1. Select a category (example: Footer)

  2. Leave the search bar empty

This shows all modules in that category.

Option 2: Use Search or View All

  • Enter a keyword in the search bar to find a specific module

  • Leave filters empty to view all available modules

Troubleshooting

If you cannot find a module:

  • Confirm the module is published

  • Check brand restrictions

  • Verify you are in the correct brand
