1. Go to Admin → Settings → AI Features.
2. Toggle Knak AI to on.
3. Enable specific tools:
 - Generate text content in the Editor
 - Alt-Text Suggestions for images in the Editor
 - Import HTML files and convert them to Knak emails
 - Subject Lines and Preview Text Agent for emails
 - Brand Voice for AI Agent

To use Knak AI features, AI must be enabled at the account level. You must also have the required role permissions for the AI generation method you are using.

If your role is restricted to building from themes or modules, that same restriction will apply to asset generation.

If your organization requires more granular control over AI asset generation, contact Knak Support or your Customer Success Manager. An additional role permission can be enabled that allows admins to control which users can Create an Email using AI.

Use AI to write, refine, or rewrite your content directly in Knak’s editor.

- Shorten, expand, or rewrite content

Ensure all AI-generated content reflects your brand's personality and tone.

Choose 4–7 attributes that define your brand.

Click Preview Brand Voice to see a sample.

1. Go to the Brand Settings page.
2. Click Add a Brand Voice.
3. Choose 4–7 attributes that define your brand.
4. Set up to 50 Brand Voice Rules.
5. Click Create Brand Voice.
6. Click Preview Brand Voice to see a sample.
