To ensure that your dynamic content displays correctly, it is a good idea to preview your email and make any adjustments that may be necessary before sending out your email. In this article we will walk you through how to preview your Dynamic Content in Marketo.

*Before moving forward*

Make sure that your asset has been synced/re-synced to Marketo. To sync an asset, click Publish then click Sync > Select the program you want to sync to > Click Sync

Once your asset has synced properly to Marketo, you should see the screen below:

How to preview your email in Marketo

1. Select the email you would like to preview, and click the preview button:

2. Click the View By drop-down and select "Person"

3. From here, input an email address to a customer that falls under the restrictions set by your Dynamic Content.

For example, if your dynamic segments are targeting recipients in different countries and you have a segment for Canada, input the email adress of someone on your list you know lives in Canada to preview how a Canadian would view your asset:

After verifying that your email looks the way you intended, then you are all good to go!
