How Veeva Picklist/Custom Text Tokens Work in Knak

Knak supports Veeva Picklist/Custom Text Tokens! You can add these into Knak by going to the Admin section of the platform and adding in the information under merge tags.

Step 1: Use the correct layout

Make sure that when you edit your merge tag in Knak that you follow the format that Veeva supplies so that the platform can grab the correct information to give you your desired outcome.

Here is an example of Veeva formatting:

Step 2: How to apply this in Knak:

Go to the admin side of the platform and go to Integrations > Merge tags

From here, click "create new merge tag" to take you to the edit screen:

Don't forget to press save!

Step 3: Using your merge tag

Now you can use this merge tag in your assets by using the popup editor at the top of your page by clicking "tags" to select your merge tag from the drop down menu:
