Before configuring Dynamic Content, you must connect and configure your Iterable integration in Knak.

Once the integration is connected, you can enable Dynamic Content and configure merge tags for audience personalization.

Enable Dynamic Content in the Iterable Integration

Click Integrations &gt; Platforms.

1. Open Admin.
2. Click Integrations &gt; Platforms.
3. Select your Iterable integration.
4. Click the Edit icon.
5. Enable Dynamic Content.

6. Click Save.

Dynamic Content uses merge tags to evaluate audience data and determine which content variation to display.

Click Integrations &gt; Platforms &gt; Merge Tags.

Create a new merge tag or edit an existing one.

1. Open Admin.
2. Click Integrations &gt; Platforms &gt; Merge Tags.
3. Create a new merge tag or edit an existing one.
4. Enter a Display Name.
5. Enter the Iterable merge tag value.
6. Click Save.

Repeat these steps for each field you want to use in Dynamic Content conditions.

Your Iterable integration is now configured for Dynamic Content.
