Overview

The Usage Dashboard gives you access to detailed analytics about your organization’s activity in Knak.

You can view real-time data. You can track team performance. You can improve how your content library is used.

Note: This feature is currently in Alpha testing. Please reach out to maral.artang@knak.com if you would like to participate.

How to Access the Dashboard

Follow these steps to open the Usage Dashboard:

  1. Log in to Knak using your administrator credentials

  2. Go to the Admin section in the left sidebar

  3. Click Usage Dashboard

  4. View your company’s usage data
