This article will walk you through the steps on how to set up the Transperfect integration
Logging into Your Knak Account and Accessing the Platform Integration:
Step 1: Log in to your Knak account
Accessing the Integration Menu:
Step 2: After logging in, you should be directed to your Knak account dashboard.
Step 3: Look for the "Admin" drop-down menu, from the sidebar drop down
Step 4: Click on the "Admin" drop-down to reveal a list of administrative options.
Selecting the Platform Integration:
Step 5: Within the "Admin" drop-down, locate and click on the "Integrations" drop-down menu.
Step 6: From the "Integration" menu, find and click on the option labeled "Platform." This should be among the available integration options.
Accessing the Platform Integration:
Step 7: Once you've selected "Platform" from the integration menu, find the "Transperfect" Integration option under "Translations"
Step 8: Click the Transperfect option and a modal should appear to fill in the integration details.
You may need to reach out to your Transperfect Rep to get a new Connector set up.
