Set up your Knak account and start building emails that stay on brand

Use these tools to get answers quickly:

  • Live Chat: Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. You can chat with our support bot or talk directly to a support representative to assist you!

  • Help Center: Browse articles and videos that cover setup steps, best practices, and how-to guides.

Phase 1 – Set Up the Basics

Recommended for admins when first configuring their Knak Instance for the company settings.

Start in the Admin section. Click on Studio in the top-left corner, then select Admin.
