Recommended steps to quickly set up your 'Knak Pak' account

Add users

Add all users who will need access to your Knak Account - more details here

Configure user roles

Configure as many user roles as needed with the appropriate access permissions so your users can do what they need to do - more details here

Add brands

Add a separate brand for each team, region or business unit etc that will be using your Knak account, this will be their area of Knak to work out of - more details here

Add brand details including colors and fonts
Add your brand approved colors, fonts and email and/or landing page settings - more details here

Set up integrations

Connect Knak to your marketing automation platform, project management tool and more. Our full list of integrations can be found here

Add merge tags

Add all personalization tokens that your team will use in their assets, this will make them easily available in the Knak builder - more details here

Set up Image Library

Your Knak accounts comes with built in image storage, create separate folders for different image types and configure access permissions on each folder - more details here

Set up folders and campaigns

Build out a structure of folders and campaigns to house your emails and landing pages. We recommend using a naming convention and segmenting by date range or campaign type - more details here

Create and organize modules

Create the foundational blocks of your content collection, think headers, footers & body sections for your emails and landing pages - more details here:

Create and organize themes

Assemble your modules into themes or templates for all frequently used designs, this will make it quick and easy for your users to build new content - more details here

Set up module restrictions

Set up approvals & collaboration

Configure approval & collaboration workflows to approve your content in Knak - more details here
